As Head of Finance Western Europe Countries, responsible for leading all Accounting and Controlling activities.
Ensures accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.
Provides support to operational and business leadership.
Drives process excellence and supports effective decision making across the Area.
Manages Accounting and Controlling teams, fostering accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develops team capabilities through coaching and performance expectations.
Oversees all bookkeeping and accounting operations ensuring compliance with policies.
Guarantees accuracy of financial records and coordinates audits.
Leads monthly and annual closings for Area entities.
Supports budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

You hold a master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or an equivalent qualification.
You bring 10 years of relevant experience in a Big 4 environment, financial management and/or Business Controlling.
You have experience in an industrial, multisite, or multinational context.
You master MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
You are proficient in SAP FI/CO ; knowledge of Tagetik or Power BI is an asset.
You demonstrate strong analytical abilities and solid financial modelling skills.
You work in a structured, analytical, and process‑driven way.
You show strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
You communicate clearly and can influence effectively within a matrix organization.
You work autonomously and manage multiple priorities with ease.
