Role Overview
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential clients and contacts
- Conduct outreach via email, telephone, LinkedIn, and social media
- Track responses, follow-ups, and interest levels in Google Drive
- Set up appointments or pre-qualify leads
- Administrative & Marketing Support
- Upload and maintain information in shared spreadsheets
- Support basic marketing or communication tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
- General Support
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support founder and team
- Ensure organised workflows and timely follow-ups
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or sales support
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and online communication tools
- Self-starter, organised, and able to work independently
- Professional communication skills, friendly and approachable
- Must have own laptop and reliable internet.
