About this role
Role Overview
Help bring Pearson’s English Language Learning (ELL) brand and products to life across South East Asia.
Work closely with regional and global marketing teams to activate campaigns locally, supporting country sales teams.
Ensure messaging resonates with learners and educators in each market.
Execute regional and global marketing initiatives at a local level.
Collaborate with the APAC marketing team, regional campaign teams, country sales leaders, and external agencies.
Create and manage marketing assets across digital channels, newsletters, presentations, webinars, and events.
Distribute and optimise marketing materials for partners and sales teams.
Manage campaign budgets, raise purchase orders, track spend, and support accurate reporting.
Build strong relationships across global and regional teams, respond to marketing queries, and share market feedback to inform future campaigns.
Requirements
Strong marketing fundamentals, creativity, and a collaborative mindset aligned to Pearson’s essential behaviours.
Passionate about building brands and delivering impactful campaigns and activations.
Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally across digital and social platforms.
Confident communicator with strong copywriting skills in English (additional local languages are a plus).
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.
Data-driven, with experience analysing campaign performance and using insights to optimise results.
Build strong relationships easily and enjoy working across cultures and geographies.
Proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with analytics or marketing platforms is an advantage.
A degree (or equivalent) is preferred; a professional marketing qualification is a plus.
