Manage multiple survey-based market research projects at once, within timeline and budgets.
Act as an effective liaison with operations and other internal departments, as well as external vendors.
Quality check study questionnaires & perform in-depth quality checks at every stage of the process.
Manage the setup, launch and monitoring of research projects.
Support in questionnaire design and develop analysis (tabulation) plans.
Analyze data and draw conclusions; prepare reports and presentations; make recommendations based on the insights that address the client’s business needs.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a research environment (research firm experience an asset).
Requires strong quantitative, research, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to oversee and direct multiple projects, including keeping track of budgets and timelines.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clean, client-ready deliverables.
Ability to review the work of others for data accuracy, formatting, and adherence to style guide.
Must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial (i.e., ability to think independently).
Intellectually curious with a desire to better understand the “why” behind the data.
Works well in a team environment with senior and junior colleagues.
Bachelor’s Degree required – market research, marketing, and/or business coursework/programs are an asset.
