Ensure compliant communication across all regions
Systematically assess educational needs across all sites
Provide advanced protocol training
Capture relevant insights from the field
Implement targeted protocol training
Act as primary field contact for protocol and clinical queries
Systematically collect site-specific insights
Coordinate delivery across CTCO functions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct and AstraZeneca policies
Directly improve the speed, quality and consistency of AstraZeneca’s cell therapy studies.

University degree in a related field, preferably life sciences, or equivalent qualification; postgraduate degree (e.g., PhD) desirable
Several years’ experience in clinical research or medical field roles with a focus in oncology/hematology/immunology/rare diseases or advanced therapies
Direct CAR‑T/cell therapy experience
Strong technical knowledge and extensive experience in clinical operations, particularly regarding patient journeys in cell therapy
Excellent knowledge of the clinical trial process, procedural documentation and international GMP‑ICH‑GCP guidelines
Excellent partner management skills with the ability to translate complex protocols into practical site-level actions
Strong patient
and site-centric mindset and good knowledge of relevant local and international regulations
Proven ability to set and manage priorities, resources, performance objectives and project initiatives in a regional and local environment
Highly data-oriented with proven experience in data-driven approaches to identify trends, risks and opportunities for operational improvements
Ability to identify and promote more efficient and effective clinical development methods/processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel at least 50–80% regionally/nationally to support study sites and program needs
Excellent German and English language skills, and strong ability to learn and adapt to IT systems.
