Operating with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own territory and schedule, while receiving strategic support from the Director of Sales Growth & Product Development.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across hospital labs and health systems through outbound outreach, cold calling, and in-person engagement.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, including customer agreements.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on client KPIs and strategic priorities.
Maintain a robust pipeline and accurately forecast performance using Salesforce.
Requirements
BS/BA degree highly preferred in healthcare, business, or technology, or other related areas
3–5 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in healthcare or analytics.
2+ years of proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environment preferably in healthcare
2+ years of demonstrated proficiency in CRM Platform (Client Relationship Management, e.g. Salesforce)
1+ years of experience with Clinical Laboratories, Hospital Operations, and LIS (Laboratory Information System) preferred
2+ years of experience in creating and presenting virtual presentations using Microsoft Office in a B2B (Business to Business) capacity
