
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling healthcare products (Tech/ Non-tech) to medical professionals and decision makers in an organization. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare sales industry, with a strong understanding of the market and a passion for driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders
Regularly identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector that aligns with the existing business objectives and priorities
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare stakeholders independently
Must be comfortable with health-tech terminologies and be able to share detailed information on product features and benefits, addressing any inquiries or concerns of prospective customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as agreed upon mutually with the management team
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Collaborate with the marketing and product team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional material to meet business objectives
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments
Attend and drive events, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
3-5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
Proven success in selling healthcare products to medical professionals and organizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Own transportation is an added advantage
