Establish and implement ATC Europe’s sales intelligence strategy to drive OTBG.
Oversee the sales intelligence unit of ATC Europe, coordinating all interactions with BI team LatAm who support in driving the sales intelligence strategy.
Build, maintain, store, and ensure the accuracy of robust, market-leading databases of ATC, customer, network, and market data, procuring third-party data where needed and ensuring accessibility and user-friendliness for non-technical stakeholders in close coordination with Business Enablement to avoid duplicated efforts.
Provide actionable analysis of ATC Europe’s data.
Present key data and insights to ATC management in a manner that is easy to understand for non-technical professionals – using data visualization tools where appropriate.
Helps augment customer network planning and provide ATC a competitive advantage.
Develops tools that support the Sales teams and General Managers’ efforts to drive demand for our assets.
Partner with IT and Business Intelligence LatAm professionals to procure and manage tools and resources for data analysis, ensuring accessibility and user-friendliness for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, analytics, business, or a related field.
Master’s degree in data analytics, business, or related fields is preferred.
10+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the telecommunications or real estate industries, with a focus on TowerCo business.
Expertise in Telecom Radio Planning, including Radio Planning tools used by Mobile Network Operators.
