Lead the development and tracking of vendor performance KPIs
Ensure alignment with broader organizational goals
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Create and continuously refine vendor performance metrics
Work with stakeholders to define KPIs reflecting vendor effectiveness
Develop autonomous tracking systems
Serve as a liaison with IT to resolve data gaps and discrepancies
Ensure vendor KPIs are integrated with supply chain and merchandising metrics
Partner with Senior Director of Vendor Performance and Merchant teams to develop strategies for improvement
Analyze data from multiple sources (Vendor P&L, category reporting, etc.)
Identify root causes of performance issues and propose solutions
Spearhead vendor dispute resolution across supply chain processes
Lead vendor training and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and develop the vendor performance team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or related field
Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in business analytics, project management, supply chain analyst for consumer products or related
Alternatively a Master’s degree in the specified fields and three years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience
Three years of project management experience in supply chain operations
Three years in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, Alteryx and Microsoft Azure
Two years’ experience with WMS systems (AS400 and/or Manhattan Active) scripting, Caspio table creation
Two years of experience working with distribution center operations
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional projects.
