About this role
Role Overview
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment
Resolving general questions regarding insurance and financial assistance
Processing payments
Following client-specific protocols and policies
Investigating and responding to client enquiries as needed
Entering and monitoring payment arrangements
Requirements
1+ years’ experience working in Call Center or Customer Service function
Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong organization skills
The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and assignments
Ability to work successfully and cooperatively within a team-based environment
Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls
Minimum internet speed: 40 mbps download, 5 mbps upload
Hard wired internet connection required
