Role Overview

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
0 to 1 years of experience in a customer support role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong proficiency in .Net and SQL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
Basic understanding of contract management (an asset).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
