At Factorial we're looking for a new Customer Support Associate Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team. Currently, the team is made up of 80 people of different nationalities.
Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers.
Problem-solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat.
Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.
Provide information about products/services/policies
Document Interactions
Your Profile ๐ง
English is a must, along with proficiency in: Italian
You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
Excellence in communicating and problem-solving.
Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus!
