Support volunteer and community engagement efforts, including outreach, appreciation initiatives, and ongoing communication.
Assist in developing and proposing ideas for community-driven campaigns and social content that build awareness and strengthen connections.
Help engage our network of community-based organizations (CBOs) by supporting outreach and relationship-building activities.
Create and refine surveys with intentional, impact-focused questions to gather feedback from our meal distribution partners.
Track and analyze engagement metrics (e.g., CTA, CTR, RR, open rates) to inform strategy and improve engagement outcomes.
Participate in regular team check-ins, contribute insights, and assist with the planning and implementation of engagement strategies.
