Develops and maintains close working relationships with company leadership to align activities with the priorities for the Company.
Develops and implements best practices that strengthen belonging and inclusion, including workplace initiatives that support key strategic priorities.
Lead regular check-in meetings to ensure progress.
Actively participate with a broad range of community engagement events and activities.
Partners with the Talent Acquisition team and college recruitment efforts to assist in the recruiting of a broad range of qualified candidates.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related field (Required)
8+ years experience in diversity and inclusion
workforce and/or workplace practices (Preferred)
Construction industry experience (Preferred)
