Role Overview
SLA and support management: Project lead for existing SLA mandates across the B-works client portfolio
Prioritization and coordination of support requests, bug tickets and change requests
Ensuring agreed response times: Priority 1 (critical) within 4 hours, Priority 2 (high) within 2 business days, Priority 3 (medium) within 5 business days (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 on working days)
Proactive budget monitoring and transparent reporting
Product ownership and backlog management: Creation and maintenance of user stories, bugs and acceptance criteria in Jira
Sprint planning and task prioritization with the development team
Planning and conducting innovation workshops to identify valuable features
Support for CMS upgrades, technical migrations and AI integrations
Stakeholder management: Primary point of contact for end clients in day-to-day operations
Regular status meetings and reporting
Expectation management and handling of change requests
Coordination between client and development teams
Team coordination: Managing the development team within the framework of SLA commitments
Alignment with Key Account Manager
Quality assurance and test coordination
Time tracking and billing
Requirements
Mandatory: Native-level German
Fluent English, written and spoken
At least 5 years of PM/PO experience in a digital agency or a comparable environment
Experience with CMS web projects (Drupal or similar)
Agile/Scrum competency
Proven reliability and commitment across multiple engagements
Professional skills: User stories, bugs and acceptance criteria according to best practice
Tooling: Jira, Confluence, Miro
Understanding of technical web projects and terminology (e.g., CMS, APIs, hosting, accessibility)
Budget-conscious work within defined hourly contingents
Personal: Reliability as a core attribute — you meet response times, communicate proactively and are dependable for clients and the team
Long-term partnership orientation — you view engagements as multi-year partnerships, not short-term assignments
Confident client communication at C-level
Hands-on mentality, proactive and solution-oriented
Resilient under competing priorities
Advantageous: Drupal-specific experience
Strong comprehension of Swiss German
Experience in healthcare, ideally with cantonal hospitals or comparable public institutions
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG AA) and data protection (nDSG/DSG)
Experience with innovation workshops or discovery formats
Experience taking over projects from other agencies or teams
