Role Overview

• Leads the assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment
• Performs monitoring and testing of controls
• Manages the performance and productivity of team members
• Ensures timely execution of QA activities
• Manages and reviews all operations front line unit responses

Requirements

• 7+ years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, legal or compliance experience within a financial services or technology organization
• Excellent writing/communication skills
• Ability to synthesize technical content
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
• Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, versatile
