20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering
At least 10 years in leadership roles
Strong software development background with proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
Deep expertise in virtualization (VMware, KVM), containerization (Kubernetes) and storage/networking systems
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) and automation frameworks
Hands-on experience with HCI technologies (e.g., VMware Cloud Foundations, Nutanix, VxRail or custom-built platforms)
Solid understanding of distributed systems and modern cloud infrastructure patterns
Record of leading engineering teams through agile development and dev-ops practices
