Identifying compliance issues which may affect business
Providing guidance relating to the formulation and implementation of strategies and policies
Identifying gaps in processes and products, proposing solutions mitigating compliance risks
Maintaining and enhancing the regulatory compliance program/framework due to new laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, corporate requirements, products, industry standards and other internal and external risk factors
Ensuring that appropriate legal advice is taken into account before decisions are taken and that systems are in place requiring legal review
Being aware of the new products to determine the level of compliance with established rules and regulation
Cooperating with other control functions and internal legal function
Understanding MP business model
Requirements
Min. 4+ years of experience in compliance
Graduates from related departments of universities,
Ability to work and provide coverage for the whole area as an individual player
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong written skills with the ability to craft comprehensive and concise policy rules
High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence
Proficient skills in data analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking
