Tech-driven Compliance: You develop creative IT solutions, e.g., database or automation approaches, that efficiently manage and analyze compliance information.
Shape, not manage: You drive the further development of our compliance and IT security processes and design them to be modern, efficient, and future-proof.
Strategic Interface: As the primary contact for compliance, IT security, and data protection topics, you work closely with our clients, our software engineers, and other specialist departments.
Audit Insight & Knowledge Impact: You support certification processes, analyze audit results, and develop targeted improvement measures.
Contracts & Security: You drive and shape contract management in the areas of data protection and information security.

You hold a completed degree with knowledge in computer science as well as business or law.
You are passionate about IT security, regulatory requirements, and digital risks.
Terms like GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001, etc., don't deter you.
You think creatively, in a structured way, and are solution-oriented.
You can communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively.
You work independently, responsibly, and with a hands-on mentality.
You have excellent German skills and fluent English, both written and spoken.
