Lead and optimize the delivery of Compliance-as-a-Service operations
Manage key client relationships (Key Account Management)
Oversee regulatory monitoring, gap assessments, and impact analyses
Develop and execute implementation concepts for new regulatory requirements (e.g., KWG, WpIG, MaComp)
Collaborate with our advisory and legal teams on cross-functional projects
Participate in strategic decision-making

Completed university degree (e.g., law, finance, economics, or a related field), Bachelor’s or higher
Professional experience at a Big Four firm or in a regulated financial institution
In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
