Lead and further develop a small interdisciplinary team of performance managers and analysts
Manage the external agency
Focus on growth and optimization of new and existing customers and key KPIs (revenue, AOV, CAC, CLV, etc.)
Develop and implement the performance marketing strategy (Paid Search/SEA, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, Programmatic, etc.)
Continuously optimize the customer journey with a focus on conversion, retention and customer lifetime value
Build and scale growth strategies including testing frameworks (A/B tests, funnel optimization, marketing automation)
Conduct data-driven analysis of campaign performance, budget allocation and forecasts
Work closely with Brand, CRM, Finance, executive management and the Board on a holistic growth strategy
Report directly to the CEO

Several years of experience in performance marketing / growth — ideally in a scaling digital environment (e‑commerce, D2C, SaaS or similar)
Proven track record of improving core KPIs in a D2C Performance & Growth context
Deep understanding of paid media, tracking & attribution, funnel KPIs and marketing tech stacks
Highly analytical, data-driven and hands-on
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on impact and ROI
Fluent in German and English
