Own the Intake and Prioritisation Process: Design and operate a unified intake process for all data requests across the enterprise
Define Data Products with Clarity and Precision: Translate business requirements into well-specified data product definitions
Manage the Data Hub Roadmap: Own the 12-18 month roadmap for the Data Hub, balancing near-term delivery commitments with longer-term strategic initiatives
Lead Discovery and Requirements Engineering: For complex or ambiguous requests, lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams
Establish and Monitor SLAs: Define service-level agreements for data products
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary interface between the Data Hub and its consumers
Drive Adoption and Value Realization: Track adoption metrics and gather feedback
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, computer science, health informatics, or equivalent)
4/5+ years in product management, technical program management, or a related role with demonstrated ownership of a product or platform
2+ years working with data platforms, analytics products, or data infrastructure
Experience in life sciences, healthcare or pharmaceuticals
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups with different incentives
Track record of shipping data products or features that created measurable business value
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling (Jira)
