Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area
- Lead customer discovery with mortgage lenders, loan officers, and ops teams
- Build and own a roadmap grounded in customer evidence, business strategy, and technical feasibility
- Drive how we turn non-deterministic LLMs into reliable, mission-critical mortgage automation
- Craft well-structured product specs and acceptance criteria
- Set clear success metrics for every major initiative
- Be the voice of the customer in technical architecture discussions
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape positioning
- Make the hard calls on scope
- Drive Loancrate's product strategy forward
Requirements
- Experience building B2B SaaS products in a regulated industry (fintech, insurtech, healthcare, or similar)
- Comfort working on AI-powered products
- Strong instinct for customer research
- Data fluency
- Track record shipping products in a fast-moving startup environment
- Exceptional written communication
- Ability to build strong working relationships with engineers
- Experience owning product metrics
