Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale client projects, ensuring delivery is in scope, on-time and aligned to client objectives.
Act as the main point of contact internally and with the client throughout the complete project.
Ensure scope, timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and delivered successfully.
Develop structured implementation plans with realistic timelines and resource coordination across internal teams and client stakeholders.
Track milestones and progress to maintain delivery momentum.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, aligning project execution with business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation plans to prevent delays or failures.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience managing SaaS client implementations or deliveries.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations and enterprise IT environments.
Experience working within iGaming, sports betting, casino is advantageous, particularly with a strong understanding of player lifecycle and retention mechanics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and ClickUp.
