Role Overview
- Manage communication between the Fulfillment team and all internal stakeholders.
- Lead and supervise a team of 4 handling operational investigations.
- Oversee item-level investigations using CCTV, system data, email communication, and physical stock checks.
- Ensure proper root cause analysis and timely issue resolution within SLA.
- Align with Fulfillment Supervisors to resolve operational gaps and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor team performance, case closure rates, and reporting accuracy.
- Identify recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations environment.
- Previous team management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with WMS systems and operational investigations is a plus.
