Coordinate key routines and events that keep GDS functioning efficiently
Track objectives, facilitate quarterly business reviews, and manage strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals
Identify process improvements and enhance documentation and workflows
Provide professional administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, creating presentations, and organizing events to ensure smooth operations
Prepare internal communications and coordinate cross-departmental information flows
Ensure high-quality presentations and materials that represent the department professionally
Support capability-building initiatives and training programs
Collaborate with SMEs to develop effective learning content
Maintain visibility of learning opportunities across the organization
Reinforce operational discipline and best practices
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance departmental performance
Requirements
Previous experience in operations, enablement, coordination, communications, or project support
Strong coordination and organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively
Ability to translate and simplify complex concepts
Strong planning skills (or experience with managing projects)
Adaptability with new tools and strategies and ability to navigate through ambiguity
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to use AI tools/prompting
