Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment
- Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows
- Strong requirements gathering and workflow design skills
- Familiarity with ITIL and project methodologies
- Current Epic Certification preferred
