Role Overview
- Accountable for achievement of operational goals
- Directs data collection and analysis for program/service line
- Facilitate operational workflow optimization initiatives
- Responsible for recruitment and management of direct reports
- Participation in planning and program/service development
- Develops, coordinates and implements service line program improvements
- Provides business plan consultation, support, and execution
- Fosters communication between leadership teams
- Participates in recruitment and on-boarding of new physicians
- Provides operational leadership and establishes working relationships
- Partners to ensure clinical performance improvement
- Collaborate with system stakeholders for business decisions
- Plans and directs project management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Medical Group/Hospital/Service line operations knowledge
- Strategic planning skills
- Process improvement / LEAN operations
- Business acumen
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement skills
