Role Overview
- Independently respond to and process customer inquiries
- Ensure customer-focused, efficient and timely order processing
- Support the administration of the customer service tools in use
- Collaborate with various departments to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in customer service
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Structured, responsible and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and results-oriented approach
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
