Role Overview
- Organization of sea transport (FCL, LCL, consolidation, bulk, etc.) based on the details specified in the customer's order
- Daily communication with customers, suppliers
- Checking documents and requirements of customers, authorities, international agreements
- Working at TMS (CargoWise)
- Invoicing
- Work according to the instructions of superiors
Requirements
- Knowledge of sea freight is an advantage, not a necessity
- Secondary school with a high school diploma
- English – the ability to communicate fluently with words and letters on a daily basis
- German language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of working in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
