Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for various software applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Review and analyze system specifications and user stories.
Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues that automated tests might miss.
Communicate test results and provide detailed reports on software quality.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Azure Devops)
Familiarity with various types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, usability)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
