Operational support for audio and video product topics for the group's brands (BFMTV, BFM Business, RMC, RMC Sport, etc.).
Contribute to the AI roadmap in collaboration with the Product Manager and relevant business teams.
Identify and scope user needs (editorial, business, technical) and translate them into actionable features.
Write user stories, coordinate technical teams (developers, data scientists), and ensure testing and successful deployment of features.
Participate in the development and improvement of audio/video products (e.g.: player, podcasts, automated publishing, short-form formats, chaptering, tagging).
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent (business school, engineering school, university or equivalent training) with a specialization in project, product or data management.
Initial experience (internship, work-study, or permanent position) in a digital or media environment is a major asset.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence (NLP, LLMs, machine learning) and an understanding of AI applications in a product context.
Proficiency in product management methods: Agile, Scrum, writing specs, user stories.
Comfortable with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Figma, Confluence.
Good understanding of audio and video content and their challenges within a media group.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: tech, editorial, data, business, design.
