About this role
Role Overview
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to onboarding and general HR operations
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Leadership
- Support the full recruiting process (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication)
- Assist with sourcing and initial screening
- Conduct first interviews yourself
- Maintain our applicant tracking system
- Help ensure a strong candidate experience
- Support the preparation of employment documents
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain digital personnel records
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Support payroll preparation tasks
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
- Contribute to policy updates and benefit administration
Requirements
- Ideally ongoing or recently finished university studies (e.g. Business, HR, Law, Psychology, or similar)
- Strong interest in HR and organizational development
- Fluent in German and English (both required)
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
- High level of integrity and willingness to learn
- Confident in MS Office; HR system experience is a plus
