Translate complex workforce data into intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and presentations.
Focus on delivering actionable recommendations rather than just raw reporting.
Partner directly with functional leaders to translate their most pressing business questions into structured data narratives.
Lead headcount forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modeling to inform financial and operational decisions.
Define and standardize core metrics across the talent lifecycle.
Establish data governance standards and quality controls to ensure consistency and reliability across the People org.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR data strategy, workforce planning, or related roles.
Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel, SQL or similar).
Strong understanding of how core HR domains operate, with the ability to leverage that knowledge to extract, analyze, and synthesize meaningful people insights.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives using structured project management methodologies in agile or fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate independently with minimal oversight.
