About this role
Role Overview
Develop, lead, and direct commercial initiatives for Power Generation industry
Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with key account holders
Manage critical accounts with responsibility for revenue, profit, and Voice of Customer (VOC)
Promote products and conduct opportunity size analysis
Work closely with the product team to build business cases for new solutions
Define and execute Xylem’s approach to the Power vertical market
Drive sales pipeline development and increase share of wallet per customer
Requirements
BS/BA in related discipline (marketing, engineering, or environmental science)
10 years of Marketing and/or relevant industry experience
Proven track record in solution and value selling
Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
International experience favored
High proficiency in English
