Independent editing and delivery of video assets – from raw footage to final export.
Production of video content for YouTube, paid social, campaigns, event announcements, recaps and internal formats.
Creation of high-performing, platform-specific assets from larger productions and shoots.
Development of strong hooks, clear dramaturgy and precise pacing to increase retention and engagement.
Use of basic motion design elements (e.g., After Effects templates, simple animations, typography).
Building and refining scalable workflows, templates and file structures.
Ensuring a consistent look & feel across all motion content.
Close collaboration with Art Direction, Performance Marketing and Brand.
Support for on-site productions and coordination of footage and material.

3–5+ years of experience in video editing (YouTube, commercials, brand formats, larger productions)
Strong editing skills with a keen sense for pacing, structure, hooks and storytelling
Experience adapting master assets into different formats and aspect ratios
Solid understanding of platform logic (YouTube, Meta, TikTok – performance focus is a plus)
Proficient with professional editing software (DaVinci Resolve preferred; Premiere or Final Cut also acceptable)
Structured working style including clean file organization and export workflows
High level of ownership and independence
Team-oriented collaboration with Brand and Performance stakeholders
German language skills at C1/C2 level
