Translate advanced power-system technologies into compelling customer value propositions
Own commercial success, including business cases, pricing, and profitability
Drive business development, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations
Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and differentiation for new products and platforms
Collaborate with global R&D, engineering, sales, and regional teams in a complex, matrix environment

Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or a related field
7–10+ years of experience in product management and/or business development within energy transmission, power systems, or electrical engineering
Strong technical credibility in areas such as HVDC/HVAC, substations, power electronics, or grid technologies
Proven track record of combining technical depth with commercial impact
Experience shaping strategic partnerships and supporting complex customer engagements
Ability to operate effectively in a global, multicultural organization
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and long-term strategic thinking
