Product Manager – Investor Squad

Role Overview

• You are responsible for the product impact on the investor side.
• You contribute to strategy, the roadmap, and, most importantly, the team’s ability to deliver quickly and well.
• Unlock high-impact growth levers.
• Help the team scale up without becoming rigid, preserving agility and efficiency.
• Establish a strong product culture focused on users, impact, and continuous learning.
• Dive deep into the minds and daily lives of investors to turn their frustrations, hopes, and aspirations into meaningful product improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product (PO, PM, Product Builder…)
• Has built tangible things, not just scoped or documented them.
• Hands-on experience with building: no-code / low-code and AI tools (Cursor, copilots, generators, automations…)
• Passionate about product and enthusiastic about AI.
• Interested in and curious about investing (real estate).
• Impact-oriented, not output-focused, with a strong sense of efficiency.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and able to move forward without a perfect framework.
• Excellent communicator — structured and pragmatic.
• Team player, curious, and demanding of themselves and the product: ready to defend their convictions with solid arguments while being able to change their mind.
