Own the numbers: You take full responsibility for payment penetration and GMV conversion within the existing customer portfolio — from strategy to execution of a clear, proactive conversion plan.
Outbound sales leadership: You proactively drive structured, high-volume outreach (calls, emails, targeted lists) to convince merchants to migrate and complete upgrades.
SaaS x Payments synergy: In close collaboration with the SaaS sales team, you increase payment attachment rates in new-customer deals and take the lead in complex or competitive situations.
Smart segmentation & prioritization: You identify high-value merchants, set clear priorities, and manage your accounts with structured account plans.
Consultative, peer-level selling: You analyze existing payment setups, deliver compelling demos, handle objections confidently, and reliably close deals.
Pipeline excellence: You work in a data-driven way, keep your CRM clean, produce accurate forecasts, and report transparently on conversion and GMV KPIs.
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong focus on payments (acquiring, acceptance, terminals, payment integrations); POS experience is a plus.
Proven track record in outbound sales (proactive prospecting, conversion, and closing).
Self-driven, performance-oriented "hunter" mentality with high personal accountability and resilience.
Confident communicator with strong closing skills and experience in stakeholder management.
Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style.
Fluent in German and good command of English.
