About this role
Role Overview
Provide support for various administrative activities, reviewing requests, opening service tickets and other related documents, while maintaining control and monitoring of records and reports;
Support the energy billing team by updating data in spreadsheets and the area’s operational systems;
Assist the team with client service and inquiries.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Production);
Previous experience in administrative activities;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills;
Knowledge of the energy market is desirable.
