Role Overview
- Receive, verify, and enter incoming goods and services invoices into the ERP system
- Verify the correct tax treatment of received fiscal documents (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, etc.)
- Manage the flow of incoming fiscal documents and ensure compliance with receipt deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS)
- Experience in verifying and entering invoices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Experience with SAP is desirable
- Organized and able to meet established SLAs
- Good communication skills and team player
- Proactive with a sense of urgency
