Generate ideas and write scripts for videos.
Independently produce content at very high quality.
Stay up to date with social media trends that can inspire new ideas/videos.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creative assets.

Proven experience creating video content (e.g., content creator, filmmaker, etc.).
Portfolio showcasing organic or branded content with high production value.
Creative, fast, and able to produce independently.
Understanding of Brazilian digital culture (trends, humor, language, etc.).
Pre-production: idea generation and scripting.
Production: ability to produce high-quality content independently.
Execution of different video formats (UGC, voice-over, man-on-the-street interviews, etc.).
Post-production: strong editing skills that deliver polished, high-quality output.
Creative: able to produce engaging videos on a weekly basis.
