Understand business challenges and translate them into data

Explore and analyze operational data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities;
Define and document requirements for new AI-driven features, including objectives, required data, and success metrics;
Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility;
Create analyses, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decisions and future intelligence initiatives;
Present insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Partner with Data Engineers and technical teams to enable intelligent solutions;
Research new tools, technologies, and trends in artificial intelligence and automation;
Proactively bring ideas and proposals for improvements and new use cases;
Participate in agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and initiative planning.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field;
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies;
Hands-on experience with data, whether in academic, personal, or professional projects;
Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn quickly;
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Good verbal and written communication in English;
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly.
Nice to have:
Personal or academic projects using AI or machine learning;
Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar;
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools;
Knowledge of Python or R;
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse);
Familiarity with Azure or Microsoft's AI ecosystem;
Interest or experience with operational problems such as resource allocation, capacity planning, or process optimization;
Participation in hackathons, personal projects, or independent tech initiatives;
Advanced English for conversation, reading, and writing, as the project is international.
