Working Student, Corporate Compliance

Role Overview

• Support the Global Compliance Program
• Assist in implementing, monitoring, and improving the Compliance Management System
• Help identify compliance risks and prepare materials for risk dialogues with global units
• Contribute to drafting and reviewing compliance policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing internal guidelines and responding to compliance inquiries
• Participate in internal compliance controls and monitoring activities
• Support monitoring the effectiveness of compliance measures
• Assist with compliance case management, including document review and preparing summaries
• Help develop training materials and awareness content for compliance
• Support organizing global meetings and workshops

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a degree program in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and interest in compliance topics
• Effective communication skills in German and English
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail
• Integrity-minded and eager to learn
