Develop and implement a well-considered partner strategy for the DACH region — including identifying, acquiring and onboarding new partners
Build and continuously develop long-term, trust-based relationships with existing partners
Support partners in business development, pipeline generation and market engagement — with the goal of sustainable revenue growth
Plan and execute joint business plans, conduct regular partner reviews and define and track clear objectives and KPIs
Enable partners through training, workshops, sales and marketing support in close collaboration with Presales, Marketing, Sales Operations and other internal teams
Manage and coordinate sales opportunities together with partners — from lead generation to successful closing
Represent the company at partner events, trade shows and industry conferences
Requirements
At least three years of experience in partner management — ideally in an IT or security environment
Experience in building and developing channel partners, resellers or system integrators is required
Confident handling of complex, technically demanding solutions (e.g., software, cloud or hybrid solutions)
Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution and a structured working style
Experience with modern CRM and sales tools as well as partner-focused go-to-market strategies
Strong communication and presentation skills and confident negotiation at the decision-maker/executive level
A university degree or equivalent qualification and a motivation for continuous development
Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and secure English skills for international collaboration
Willingness to travel within the DACH region for partner meetings and events
