Mid-level Accounting Analyst

Role Overview

• Recording, classification, posting, and preparation of accounting and financial reconciliations;
• Respond to and support internal and external audits, providing records;
• Provide documentation and respond to inquiries;
• Registration of suppliers, customers, products, and financial classifications;
• Analysis and reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts;
• Management of fixed assets within accounting, performing related routines;
• Analysis and reconciliation of inventory and related inventory taxes;
• Solid knowledge of SPED Accounting and SPED Fiscal;
• Classification and valuation of inventories;
• Experience with cost analysis and variance analysis;
• Prepare the monthly fixed asset movement schedule;
• Interface with Purchasing, Warehouse and Tax departments;
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting with active CRC (Brazilian professional accounting registration);
• Previous experience in the field;
• Advanced Excel;
• Mandatory knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus system;
• Strong knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
