Plan the annual marketing calendar (digital and offline);
Plan and execute communication campaigns aimed at attracting customers, increasing brand visibility, and promoting the company across multiple channels;
Coordinate the company's participation in external events, such as trade shows and conferences, including supplier negotiations, promotions, and on-site execution;
Collaborate with the sales team to create and update corporate materials and support campaigns;
Monitor the performance of all marketing initiatives, analyzing metrics and the ROI of each activity;
Produce flawless copy for content on external channels (social media, email marketing, blog) and internal communications;
Capture content for promotion (photos/videos) and develop scripts;
Conduct market and competitor analyses, define target audiences and personas, structure the editorial calendar, and support other strategic marketing efforts;
Manage the department budget, aiming to maximize return on investment.
