They are seeking a Marketing & Digital Content Assistant to support front-end customer experience initiatives and collaborate with various teams on campaign execution and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating and maintaining product placements, collections, and homepage merchandising
- Support the execution of upsell and cross-sell tactics
- Help build and QA evergreen categories (e.g., Best Sellers, New Arrivals) and curated collections
- Ensure products, promotions, and site updates are accurate and aligned with campaign timelines
- Support the setup and coordination of promotional campaigns tied to music and merch releases
- Assist in executing seasonal and evergreen campaigns (e.g., holidays, anniversaries)
- Help implement promotional tools (e.g., discount codes, gift-with-purchase offers, free shipping)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely campaign launches
- Assist with the execution of lead generation initiatives (e.g., early access sign-ups, sweepstakes)
- Support segmentation and targeting efforts in partnership with Audience and Paid Media teams
- Help maintain and QA triggered email flows and customer journeys
- Contribute to retention initiatives like personalized product recommendations
- Pull weekly and campaign-level performance reports
- Support analysis of sales trends and customer behavior
- Help compile reports for labels and rights owners
- Monitor customer feedback and flag insights to the team
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience (internships included)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a professional, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator (verbal and written)
- Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Passionate about music and interested in fan culture
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with email marketing or CRM tools
- Interest in UX or consumer behavior
- Basic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva)
