Lead product strategy, portfolio planning, and lifecycle management for vapor chamber technologies.
Translate customer and market needs into differentiated product roadmaps and scalable platforms.
Partner with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to bring new technologies into high‑volume production.
Drive early customer engagement with Sales/FAE teams to secure design wins and new applications.
Lead New Technology Introduction (NTI) programs from feasibility through qualification, ramp, and mass production.
Evaluate and develop new manufacturing partners and manage design/process transfer.

Strong product management and program leadership experience in advanced hardware, thermal solutions, electronics, or related fields.
Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional programs and influence global stakeholders.
Technical depth in thermal systems or vapor chamber technologies is highly preferred.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive technology adoption.

MBA as add-on qualification or alternative business experience
10+ years of professional work experience including 3+ years in a product management, marketing and/or commercial function.
P&L experience, strong analytic capabilities, financial acumen
Strategic mindset, sense of urgency/accountability, result orientation
