Lead the Technology Acceleration charter within the Logistics & Supply Network Engineering team with a strong focus on automation, analytics, and digital enablement
Lead the continued rollout, stabilization, and adoption of Workforce Optimization (WFO) across AP ILS facilities
Own the value tracker for all technology‑enabled initiatives within scope, provide regular, structured updates on value realization, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership
Work closely with regional logistics, supply chain, IT, analytics, and trade compliance teams to drive aligned execution
Establish governance mechanisms to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure disciplined execution
Contribute to longer‑term digital and capability roadmaps for logistics and supply chain functions
Benchmark practices among different facilities and industry for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
at least 10 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in logistics, supply chain engineering, or operations transformation
Proven track record in leading digital, analytics, or automation initiatives with measurable business impact
Experience driving change management and adoption across operational teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into executive‑level insights
Data analytics experience, including knowledge and demonstrated use of analytics software (Power BI, Python, or similar tools)
